An absolute classic series in the Sci-Fi genre. You cannot go wrong with the Mass Effect Trilogy. The first time I played the games was when they first released. I must say that Mass Effect 2 (despite the hate) is one of my favourite games of all time. Not only are you thrown into a different scenario than in the first game, but as you play through the story, you question just who you should align with, and what everyone's motives are. I especially like the "reputation" system that fleshes out with more decisions you make and actions you take - kind of like in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. My absolute favourite part about Mass Effect 2 HAS TO BE starting the romance with Tali. She's my favourite character in the series, and the mystery that surrounds her and her people has always stuck to me and kept me curious about the lore of the series. For this game to be on GOG would mean the world to me. When we talk about classic Sci-Fi games, Mass Effect always comes to mind. For this series to be playable until the end of time... now that wold be a dream come true.
