As a fan of the RE franchise, it saddens me that this is the only mainline RE game (despite not being a numbered title) that is not available to play on PC. Even before RE1-3 were added here, at least they have remakes so we can experience the story. For the sake of completion, it's one of the titles that have to be available the most.kenadrian

This is my FAVOURITE Resident Evil game with my FAVOURITE character as protagonist! I grew up watching my dad play Resident Evil!! RE Code Veronica and RE3 Nemesis were the ones my father played the most, and i liked Code Veronica the most, i've seen this game from start to finish so many times, i just love it! The music, Alyson Court's performance of Claire, the STORY! I LOVE IT!!! And it would be a dream come true to have the original be available to play ❤️ i believe GOG can do it!!

This is my first memory of a video game. My brother and I would spend hours upon hours just watching our dad play this game. It's my favourite resident evil game and I would love to play it again.

Damn, I love RE:CVX! It has one of my favorite story moments in the series, and playing the remastered version for the first time on a PS3 was really cool. I genuinely enjoyed the game, its characters, and its setting. It's sad that this entry is often forgotten or overlooked, even though I consider it mainline due to some key plot points. I hope to see a PC port or a remake someday.

I remember I played this game with friends on Dreamcast. For some reason I didn't finish the game, and this could be a nice chace to play again. I hope you can bring it to PC.

I'll tell from what reason this game deserves to be Re-launch! This game told us the story of Claire and Chris Redfield, after the main games RE1 and RE2, and here we can finally see what happen to both, we also can see Albert BADASS Wesker, showing us how FUC***G Diabolical him can be! It's a AMAZING History. The game is so much outdated, The only way to play on pc is by emulation, and emulation is not Native! there are a lot of difference in this, menawile the consoles received a version of this game, the ps3,ps4,ps5, xbox 360,xbox one, xbox series s/x, but... WHERE are our PC version? this can be our chance to get one! it would be so fun and significant to have this version on pc, maybe fix some of the lot of bugs? provide a way to use stairs like in RE3, maybe? well... anyway, this game on pc, woould be glourious, and get achievements will be so fun! RE it's a Game Franchise that deserves a PC version from all the titles, and it's the franchise most important from the world of the horror/survivor games that's ever Been! At least, if this game came out, certainly a lot of Gamers, will buy and play it! Just, release, please GOG !

I played this game along time ago on PS2 which brings back memories of when I first started the game and experienced it first hand. Which is truly the best game I've played

Never played this game, and I've seen that it doesn't have the best level design, but I know for certain it should be preserved anyways. The more Dreamcast games preserved on PC, the better.

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
