Chains of Satinav and it's sequel Memoria- finished both without any use of walkthroughs, all puzzles made perfect sense.
A New Beginning- the same.
Deponia 2 & 3- this is a bit trickier. I fnished 2 without any use of walkthrough, and only used it once for 3, but are the puzzles logical? Well, yes and no. They can be pretty absurd, but they all follow a certain twisted logic, and once you "get" how this world works, you can figure it all out.
Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventure- for a game based on whacky animated comedies, the puzzles are actually quite sensible and can be figured out without bending over backwards.
Star Trek 25th Anniversary- most of the puzzless are perfectly logical, as Spock would surely confirm. There was one chain of puzzles that didn't make much sense to me in one episode, but other than that it's all perfectly sensible. It's really the perfect opposite of a "whacky" adventure game with crazy puzzles. In this one, you'd better get proper intel on everything from you computer, carefully scan everything with your tricorder, and be good at math.
The Loom- it's not a typical point & click, so the way it works takes getting used to, but it is perfectly sensible, once you get there.
