Check it out here

of course maybe you read the message already, i had it on my iphone listed as interesting news yesterday for example...
but still its pretty mindblowing.

it seems you can buy the whole trilogy for around 60 dollars/euro's which does seem to be an oke price
i'm not even counting towards some owner discount with this one, of course we should wait and see how that will go with new graphics and other goodies implemented, or maybe they fixed the spider queen bug ( spoiler she will succumb to chaos )

i do wonder, if they would add previous owner discounts into the deal would that also count if you have 2 of the trilogy games on steam only purchasing the 3d on origin since that was the only option for 3, either buy a physical copy which needs to be registered on origin or buy the game online through origin... so there where actually 2 options but they do count as 1 with the whole origin registration fact going on.... i do belief i have them registered somewhere but oke, that seems to be the least of the concerns, every so called mass effect fan knows what to do know right ? ;)
Gz for people who like it i suppose but for me it's just another in a long list a remasters and i never cared for the IP much besides i don't pay for DRM anymore.

Talking about remasters, it's a 50/50 chance that it actually turns out decent because the quality of remasters are all over the place.

If there's a Mass Effect release on GOG I'll probably buy it on release day. If it's exclusive to Origin... well, I could wait a couple of years, I can wait a couple more.
If it's just a remaster, it will be only good for console as i'm sure the texture pack available on nexus will be better than a simple remaster. A remake will be good for everybody but only if they keep the feeling of the original game.
No big deal. The only good one is the first game. The rest are just meh.
I might be interested, if they release them DRM-free on GOG. Otherwise, I've got better things to do with my time ...

The first one is the only one that vaguely feels like an RPG. With the sequels they dropped the pretense entirely.
"Enjoy Mass Effect 1 and relive the crushing disappointment of the sequels in glorious HD. Mindnumbing boredom of Andromeda not included".

Sidenote: I thought the link would be a trailer, not some super-annoying youtuber click-grabbing youtuber. Booo.

Might be interested if A) It comes here and B) it includes all the DLCs. I bought the ME trilogy physical release a few years back only to find out that the DLCs are not included which left a bitter taste in my mouth. If they try to milk on the DLCs yet again, no chance.

But then again, the only good game is ME 1. ME 2 is terrible and ME 3 is decent, but the ending kills it.

I just watched the video before coming here, Matty has a couple of videos about it.

I have mixed feelings, Amallure was 9only slightly tarted up, Bayonetta was only slightly tarted up.

I would venture playing the 360 version on an Xbox one would probably come close as a reference point, so why bother.

The PC Already looked good plus a texture pack, so, yeah, not particularly excited.

I'll buy it for 60 earth bux, it's good value and I liked them all except Andromeda at release but I believe it's pretty good now.
Heard of the rumours about a month ago, I'm pretty excited for this! :)
I read the price was supposed to be around 45-50€.

Yeah, 3D 'RPGs' ditching the RPG elements seems to have been quite a pervasive trend, especially for the larger developers (Bethesda, Bioware). They seem almost desperate to turn their franchises into 'fantasy-skinned' FPSs and pander to the casual gaming masses ...

*sigh* The corrupting effect of big money ...

^This.
Went to EA sources to check if there was any official hint of this, and instead found out they're ditching Origin in favor of a new client thingy called EA Desktop. So I'm assuming this remaster will be requiring that.
XXX remastered, oooh I am getting excited, not.
