I'm trying to purchase games with sales about to end, but I can't because every time I try to checkout from gog.com, I get told "Your cart is empty" even though I have definitely added items to it.

When I try to checkout in GOG Galaxy, I get asked to log in again. When I do, the screen becomes unresponsive, and text at the top says, "error":"redirect_uri_mismatch."

I'm extremely annoyed, because I'm trying to throw money at you, but I can't. And now I'm going to miss the sale.

Any ideas? Is the problem on your end?

Are you by any chance logged in with a third party account (i.e. via Google), rather than with an email address? Someone on reddit reported the same, and that was fixed when they logged out and then in with Steam.

(If you're indeed logged in via Google, and particularly if logging in a different way solves it, please reply saying so, so I can report it in the appropriate thread where GOG has a chance of seeing it.)

I'm logged in through my account's email address. I'm not logged in through Google. I tried to log in through Steam, but that didn't fix anything and only gave me the same issues.

Thank you for reporting this to appropriate thread; I'm afraid I didn't see where to post threads about technical issues.

Use a web browser. We've had posts where people have said they get charged more than once because the client fucked something up.

And check your bank for any stray charges.

Hi I'm also having this issue on galaxy and brwoser.
Also tried in private browser.

Pls help
I'm having the same problem. Tried in Galaxy client as well as 3 different browsers. Even cleared all history and cookies even though I tried the same 3 in private windows.
I'm having the same problem right now. I've even tried purchasing on another device, there seems to be a problem with the page itself :(
I have the same problem.
Cart becomes empty on browser so I cannot checkout, and on GOG Galaxy it gives the uri_mismatch error.

I heard from a GOG developer that they found the (a?) root cause and fixed it: This apparently happened only after a password change (or related account change like username) and could last up to 24 hours.

Did you indeed change your password (or related) recently / is this indeed fixed for you now?
