I am trying to get a CD Key for this game so I can play multiplayer. I logged onto the server, and they informed me the CD Keys I am using are generic keys issued when you purchase the game on GOG and you need to contact them to get a private key for the game.

Ive logged a ticket with support, however I received no confirmation email. Yes, I checked all folders including SPAM.

How do I get a key as on my account all it states is "keys are depleted" for the original game and the 2 expansions.

Update 17/09/2026 - I have set up another account and rebought the NWN EE edition hoping that I would get new keys with the included Diamond edition - none still states "keys are depleted"

I have acted in good faith and even shelled out more money to try and get a key. Can I have my key please - still no response to my support ticket.

Thanks

They can't give you a key, because "keys are depleted" means they don't have any to give you.
When they have been depleted in the past, they eventually got more, but whether that happens again is anyone's guess.
