It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

So I'm getting Error 429(in console) when clicking on Register/Login link. The page is just loading...loading...(Ajax), with all the browsers. I contacted support and they told me to try usual things (Different browser, Disable extensions, Enable JS etc). Still doesn't work.
I successfully logged in via VPN, so I think my IP is somehow banned. I don't know why. Does anybody have any idea?

Also, on login.gog.com, I get this error:

We have temporarily blocked your access to our website because You have exceeded number of simultaneous connections. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you see this message very often, please contact our Support Team immediately after you are able to access GOG.com normally.

I'm pretty sure my IP range is blocked because someone must have tried something stupid.

Or maybe you're logged in from too many different places. I mean, perhaps you never explicitly logout and are still logged in on other computers at other locations. Simply closing the web browser window or the web browser itself is not the same as logging out.

Or maybe other people are logging in as you, each at a different location. That might be why it says to contact support immediately. It could be a sign of a compromised account. Of course, that also would be the case if you shared your login user/password with other people, which for general security reasons is not supposed to be done.

If this was the case, I would get the email notification, as i have 2 step verification enabled, to ask for code every time.
For the safety, I did change the password. Waiting for support to reply now.
Yes, I re-installed windows 5-6 times during past 3 months, because of various issues and I never logout on my home PC. Maybe that is the reason.
BUT, the problem is before I login. I press login button and I get infinite loading. Only on GOG. I have accounts on various sites and don't have problem with them. so there's that.
Thank you for the reply though. Hope to see this resolved soon.

It is.

Delete all your cookies and temp files and log in again.

And/or try logging in with a Private/Incognito window.
I think your first assumption may be correct, that someone has got your IP / IP range blocked by attempting to spam or DDOS the site or something. Might even just be a general IP blacklist Gog works on and you're blocked because the IP has been misused (though you'd think if that were the case support might be able to help)

I'd check your computer for malware and make sure it's not been compromised and used as a botnet or something... as that might explain it making too many connections and being blocked...
If you have a dynamic ip, restart your router. Should assign you another ip.
Thank you for the various responses friends. The problem seems to have solved. I don't do anything different.
Thank you again.
https://www.gog.com/account/settings/security at the bottom there is a LOGOUT ALL button that might help in this case unless any of the scarier things people have suggested lies behind your problems.
