Hello everybody!

I am a huge Vampire: The Maskerade- Bloodlines fan and I have ordered Vampire: The Masquerade- Bloodlines 2 immediately. I open this topic to have a place to share information, gossip, rumors about Bloodlines 2.

First one: this time the pier has some London eye as eye-catcher. At least the first trailer suggests so.

And one guy is ugly as a Nosferatu. Can I play Nosferatu, too? Nobody knows. But a question to everybody: What was your favourite vampire clan? Mine was the crazy Malkavian.

Favorite clans: Tremere or Malkavian. If all 13 clans had been incorporated in gameplay, then i would certainly roll a Tzimisce, my all time favorite. Eastern clan, traditionalists, nobles, bound to their homeland's soil... Just the perfect RP elements!

Animalistic Gangrel is my fave clan.

Tzimisce are my favourite ones - the more "authentic" vampires.

Of course Tsimisce. Vicissitude, man!
Lacking the Sabbat as always, Tremere is the way. Thaumaturgy is the closest to Vicissitude after all.

It's not the London Eye. Seattle has it's own Ferris wheel on the waterfront next to the aquarium.

I seriously hope that you can choose your clan like in the first game. VTM:Bloodlines is easily in my top 10 favorite games of all time so I'm super excited about this one. Like you, I always chose to play as a Malkavian. I loved how the dialogue choices changed to show the insanity inherent in that clan. I really hope they keep with that tradition in the second game. Weren't the Tzimisce wiped out by modern times in Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption? Or am I think of the Capadocians?

I read an interview that said there will be only 5 clans this time to suit different playstyles. One will be a brawler and the other one will be a wizard. So Brujah and Tremere most likely. I'm hoping for Nosferatu for Stealth, Toreador for diplomatic, and Malkavian for the crazies.

They were all horrible.
The only decent people in the original Bloodlines were the vampire hunters from the society of Leopold. Too bad they didn't win.

I dunno but that'd be cool. I ;liked them as enemies/etc in the first game(Redemption)

I don't really have one, as I never finished much of the first game & never played Bloodlines. I like nosferatu's living conditions/atmosphere though.

Addition: Because of the whole thing with paradox/their DLC pushing(for big bucks at player's expense), and the long wait, i'll wait and see on this.

Second Addition: I also dislike Cara Ellison being onboard/being so influential on the game(Not just because of what she might add/change to push her propaganda, but also what she will cut/have cut for the sake if being "equal/less mysgynistic/less patriarchal"). Heck, to see her hypocrisy just look at how she had HM2 banned in australia for a fictional(it was staged/fake in-game too) rape scene & wants more feminist ideals related stuff in games, yet she has gone on record as being into the opposite (male eye candy like naked/near naked men & the like) in games.

So they're going the boring, milquetoast route of mage/thief/fighter as player/clan choices? Dammit :\

The Cappadocians were the ones mostly wiped out by the Giovanni during the Dark Age. However the most powerful elders escaped to the Underworld and hid there behind a powerful seal until a disaster in the Underworld broke the seal and allowed them to return to the world of the living as the Harbingers of Skulls.

As for my personal clan picks:

Camarilla: Tremere (duh!)
Sabbat: Lasombra
Neutral/Anarch: Giovanni

I have to say, one of my biggest hopes for Bloodlines 2 is that it will actually be finished upon release. Not that this confirms it will be released incomplete or anything, but one of the biggest features of the original being cut down for the sequel doesn't exactly bode well.

Looking forward to this title but i'm very sceptic these days about sequels or games that dig up from grave. I really hope it will be as great as original but i still have my doubts. Pre- order hell know over years i've learned pre-order is cancer most of the times.

I'll buy when ready and live up to the hype not before.

I'll bet this go epic store exclusive then i won't buy it for sure.
