Ghostwire: Tokyo

Finally on GOG

Tango Gameworks knows how to make a good and atmospheric game, and Ghostwire is not an exception! From the first moment when you experience the deserted Shibuya you know you will have a good moment! I love the art direction, of the enemies the scenarios, everything. For me, music is OK, it does its job, but the ambient sound is amazing! Glad this game is now on GOG and I'm proud to own it, finally fully DRM Free as a good Single Player game should be!

NEO: The World Ends with You

One of the best JRPG I ever played

NEO:TWEWY is probably one of the best JRPGs I ever played, although I'm a big fan of RPGs, I'm not in love with the Japanese subgenre. Yet NEO is a game I can recommend and encouraging people to play it! It's simply amazing! This one, PERSONA 3, 4, 5, Ni No Kuni and Xenogears are among my all time favourite JRPGs. This game is a direct sequel from TWEWY, a DS Game, and you can miss some important plot points if you don't know the story, so I recommend you watch a resume before playing this one.

Keep Driving

Amazing and relaxing game!

FIRST OF ALL, I DIDN'T EXPERIENCE ANY CRASHES IN 6 HOURS STRAIGHT GAMEPLAY. This game is perfect for me, because it reminded me the fist time I bought a car and decided to go on a journey that summer, to sleep in my car, travel through the country, know people, pick up auto stoppers and listen to music, what an amazing experience!!!! Congrats to the devs for such an amazing and original idea! Really well executed :D

The Blood of Dawnwalker

Time management done well!

I have played several games with time management, specially RPGs with time management, and never found a game that balance that time limit so well as Dawnwalker. But first I will make a quick review of the whole game: STORY: I always been a fan of dark fantasy settings, so from the get go it's a plus for me. The story starts very well with that intro cinematic, that set the tone of the adventure but doesn't explain too much. The prologue is well developed and let you know the main character and their relatives. When you become and Dawnwalker and the story starts, you will have more questions than answers and that's amazing, you will have to discover everything and somethings will be unknown for you even after you finish the adventure, it's something that instantly make you want to replay the game and make different decisions to found the answers. COMBAT: I was in love with Kingdom Come Deliverance combat system, and this reminds me to it, it's much simpler but tricky, but once you get the hand of it, it's super easy to master, the game offers you plenty of abilities to master and each one has a time of day to use it, even that is part of the choices you have to make, how to invest your point. MUSIC: Awesome, just awesome, I'm listening to the music as I write this review. TIME MECHANIC: Ok, the biggest and most divisive mechanic... In my case is the best that offers the game. You have a limited time to rescue your family, it's something that run against the clock, because the main character cares deeply and want to protects his family, and you as a player want to do the same, but this is not a deadline you have to complete because the game ends, it's just one of the endings. You will encounter several occasions in which the time mechanic opens a door but it closes a window and you have to deal with that.. if you want to know more you will have to reply the game and take different decision... Your decision matter and what you do with your time too... That's masterful!

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition

Everything you can wish from a sequel

I loved Kimgdome Come Deliverance since day one, its bet for a realistic RPG was amazing and totally new for me, I enjoy a lot the combat system and even more when I mastered the combos. A really good story that have me involved since the beginning with a great soundtrack (probably the weakest part of the game). So when they announced the sequel I couldn't be more happy! And Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 delivered!!!! It's everything you can wish from a sequel, bigger and better, it improves in every aspect of the game, the combat is more polished now, the story is more ambitious, the soundtrack is incredible, the character are incredible, a better stealth system, more interesting characters and a map full of things to find. One more time the game doesn't hold your hand and that perfect, when you have to follow clues that are not marked on the map is good old gaming. I don't have anything more than praise for this game! And if they did this with Kingdome Come I can't imagine what they will do with The Lord of the Rings (aka my favourite franchise ever).

Project Zomboid

Wish to be alive to see the final versio

One of the most complex and addictive survival games I ever played, once you learn how to play it, you can't stop playing.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales

I usually hate card games

This is among the best experience I had with a deck builder game. As CD Projekt got used to, this present a robust and well told story set in The Witcher universe. Gameplay is simple if you played Gwent on W3, but with a few extras. What I love the most are the optional puzzle encounter, really well done puzzles. I can't do another but to recommend this game!

Hatred

Gratuitous Mindless Violence The Game

If you saw an article, review or gameplay of this game in the 12 years since its release, you already know what you will get, it's just a little isometric edgy shooter. It's so over the top that you can't take it seriously!

Mini Worlds Dioramas

So much potential, but needs some polish

First of all, it's more a 3.5/5. When I saw this game, I bought it immediately, looks really well and very relaxing. It has many assets and allow you to create a lot of environments, yet it need some polish and QoL features, for example: when you want to create a street you have to place several tiles of a street (that don't automatically place next to each other) instead of place one and just let you stretch it. Doesn't include wall either and sometimes that limit your cretivity. Still, I have high hopes for this game, I will wait for some updates to see if they improve it!
