Awesome!
Control was such a great game, Remedy never disappoints.
Didn't one of the patches to the first CONTROL also add a bunch of previously not included extra content, effectively making it the complete package?
Might be the case here as well - you'll just have to wait a little.

flowingshard123: A Great Start To GOG 18th Anniversary Game Releases. Hopefully more on the way. Thanks GOG and Remedy Entertainment.

Atreyu666: GoG staffers said that there IS in fact more on the way :)

I can't guarantee anything, I just repeated what GoG said on the Discord ;)

But I'm already preparing my wallet to die from starvation :)
This is huge and completely unexpected! Thanks Remedy and GOG. :)
Yes! Control was probably the most fun I've ever had in a shooter game this side of Duke Nukem 3d. I upgraded my computer for it, something I hadn't done for a specific game since the original Unreal!

(There's still hope we'll get the remasters of Alan Wake, etc, set in the same world? Pretty please, with blini on top?)
Niiice! I loved first CONTROL and for sure will buy this one as well now that its on GOG!

According to the library changelog, that's the March 2025 update. The game's listed release date is September 2020. So yes, that's possible, but 'a little' may be measurable in years.

Syphon72: This showed up faster than I expected.

SargonAelther: Not fast enough to let us acquire the full game (pre-order).
Faster than the first game.
I loved Control so I will eventually get Control Resonant. Of course I waited for a drm-free release, but I will also wait for the price to be compatible with my budget, for now it's on my wishlist.
Wow I did not expect it to come so soon! Another big name on store this year!

Screamshield: Nice! Would be great if we can get ALAN WAKE 2 over here as well.
I think that might be behind the Epic wall for a good while yet, considering they paid for it and want to make their
money back. And considering Epic is runt of the litter in terms of sales, that might be a long run even yet. Not to mention it's not in Steam either.
Nice addition. I will put it on my wishlist it for now.
It appears that GOG didn't learn anything from recent new releases. Yet another recent release without the possibility of obtaining the pre order items.

What a massive disappointment this store has become. How can you make games live forever when you keep repeating the same mistakes over and over? The entire DRM-Free philosophy gets thrown under a bus with this.

GOG has become its' own enemy because I'm not buying games even when they are "DRM-Free".

How exactly is that GOG's fault? If Remedy doesn't want the pre-order content to be sold after release, there is hardly anything they can do. Except for not releasing the game at all, which would be stupid in my eyes.
